Schedule
The
camps feature 2 a day clinics plus one advanced
clinic. In the morning our top notch staff of
coaches will examine a variety of running topics
from goal setting and nutrition to mental
preparation and becoming an elite team. Each
afternoon we offer an optional "advanced
clinic" for those athletes who want to get
the most from their sport. After the advanced
clinic all athletes take part in the "active
clinics" in which each athlete rotates
through one of the following sessions each day:
