FIRST TIME COACHES TO RUNNERS WORKSHOP ATTEND FREE,
WITH 2 OR MORE REGISTERED ATHLETES!

Runner's Workshop Philosophy

Runner's Workshop Inc. was established in 1985 to provide high school athletes and coaches access to collegiate training and knowledge. Solid base training, along with instructional clinics, give the Runner's Workshop athlete a competitive edge in preparation for the upcoming season. Camp recreational opportunities from climbing walls to volleyball help build team unity, confidence, and spirit.

Runner's Workshop takes care of everything. We provide supervision, training, clinics, meals, and recreation. You are freed from the hassles of running your own camp, and free to attend daily coaching clinics, exchange ideas with other coaches, work one on one with your athletes, and enjoy all the camp's recreation activities and coaching camaraderie. Its a great experience for both new and veteran coaches to exchange coaching ideas with their peers. First time coaches attend free with 2 or more registered athletes (1/2 price with no athletes registered). Returning coaches attend free with 7 runners. A second coach attends camp free with an additional 7 runners, or if no other runners attend they may pay half the price to attend the camp. This half price fee is pro-rated for every runner over 7. You can also earn college credit while at camp.
